The  Smart IPTV app sometimes encounters problems and the list of channels is lost.
You have 6 ways to solve this problem:

1) first of all, make sure you are updated to the latest version of your app

After uploading your playlist successfully, Turn your TV/device off from power outlet (cord) for ~15 minute to clear the cache and Then turn on TV/device,
 
 
5)In relation to you, some ISPs restrict communication at certain hours because more users use the IPTV communication platform. and buffers in the lines, so if you encounter blocks and noise and buffers, You can use VPN to fix it.

6)Clear the app cache
 
Many of the problems that can be caused by a cluttered cache can be resolved by clearing the app cache. To do this, go to your TV’s settings and select “Apps.” From there, you can select the app that you want to clear the cache for and choose “Clear Cache.”
